My name is Hannah Mears and I am from a small town in Latrobe, Pennsylvania. I graduated from Penn State University in 2020 with a degree in Broadcast Journalism, a business certificate from the Smeal College of Business and a certificate from the John Curley Center for Sports Journalism. 

 

I aspire to make a positive impact as a woman in the media. Eventually, sideline reporting, covering stories within sports or hosting television shows would be jobs that I would like to pursue.

 

I currently work as an on-air talent for the Pittsburgh Steelers, sideline reporter for Westmoreland Sports Network , sports producer at KDKA-TV and editor / videographer / on-air host for the Pittsburgh Penguins.
